1. Who we are

Los Patos Barcelona is operated by Santiago Andrés Piraquive Páez, registered as autónomo in Spain (NIF ESZ2085331H), IAE 882/2, operating since December 2024. Registered address: C/ Poeta Cabanyes 49, 08004 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: info@lospatosbarcelona.com, +34 647 316 962.

2. Bookings and payment

All bookings are made through our online checkout. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of booking unless the conditions of a specific experience state otherwise.

Each experience in our catalogue has its own conditions, including duration, what is included, age limits, and its own cancellation terms. These are shown in full during the booking process, before payment, and apply to that booking alongside these terms. Where the two differ, the conditions shown at booking apply to that experience.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation terms are set per experience and are shown in full during the booking process, before payment. Check the terms for the specific experience you are booking, as they differ.

For activities operated directly by Los Patos Barcelona, including the Social Night Out, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the activity start time. Refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are not eligible for a refund, except where required by Spanish or EU consumer law.

Our activities are leisure services provided on a specific date. Under Spanish consumer law, the 14 day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to this type of service, under Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The cancellation terms set out above apply instead.

4. Cancellation by Los Patos Barcelona

If we cancel an event, you are entitled to a full refund of that booking. If you would rather keep the booking, we can move you to another night or issue credit toward a future booking instead. The choice is yours.

5. Age requirements

Our experiences are for guests aged 18 and over. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for club entry and may be requested at any venue. Entry may be refused without it, and no refund is owed for refusal on these grounds.

6. Meeting points and changes

The meeting point is shown in your booking confirmation. Venues may change, and any change is confirmed to guests in advance of the event. We are not liable for changes made by third-party venues (bars, clubs) that are outside our control, including venue closures, capacity changes, or entry policies set by the venue itself.

7. Discount codes

Discount codes (including partner property codes and student discounts) are applied at checkout and are subject to the specific terms shown at the time of booking. Codes may require proof of eligibility (for example, valid student ID) at check-in; guests unable to provide this may be charged the difference to full price.

8. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse participation or entry to any guest who is visibly intoxicated to the point of risk to themselves or others, aggressive, or otherwise disruptive to the group or venue staff, without refund.

9. Liability

Los Patos Barcelona acts as an organiser and, for some listed activities, as a reseller of third-party experiences. For third-party experiences (marketplace listings not directly operated by Los Patos Barcelona), the liability of the third-party operator applies as set out in their own terms, provided at booking. Guests take part at their own risk and remain responsible for their personal belongings. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.

10. Photos

Casual photos are taken during our activities and may be used in our own marketing, including this website and our social media channels. We rely on legitimate interest as the legal basis for this processing. If you prefer not to appear in photos, tell your host at the start of the activity and we will make sure you are not photographed. You may also request removal of any published photo at any time by writing to info@lospatosbarcelona.com, and we will take it down without needing a reason. 11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
